Phuket has a tropical monsoon climate. Differences in temperature and rainfall occur during both seasons on the east and west coasts.

In phuket, the September-October period is also the wettest. Rainy Season - torrential rain tends to fall in short bursts, usually lasting only a couple of hours each day. Most rain falls between June and November.

Phuket is warm all year 'round, but the two periods of April-May and September-October are the hottest. Hot and Dry Season - is relatively rain-free between January and April.

If you want to visit Phuket, then the best time to visit Phuket is during the cool NE monsoon season, from November to March, when it isn't so humid, and the cool breezes keep things comfortable.

During this period, the average temperature is around 75ºF to 89ºF (24ºC to 32ºC).
